SAVA is the best. We were nervous to leave our old vet when we moved to Toms River, however SAVA made the transition seamless. We have a senior cat, with lots of medical issues and the vets, especially Dr. Sydlowski, are patient, kind and thorough every time we come in. I cannot say enough good things about this team!

My dog ate a combat roach bait and I panicked. They took her in and did an exam and called the poison control center for animals. They took such great care of her. Staff was extremely friendly and caring!

Dr. O'Rourke and her staff have taken care of our mini-Poodle, Cosmo, for 19yrs. The office visits have been friendly and professional ever since he was a 10 week old puppy. Each phase of his life span has been carefully monitored.

They really came through for us last week. While we have used them before for other pets and occasional ferals from a local colony, they never saw Max, who we rescued in July. When Max and my husband got attacked by a loose dog, I called SAVA to see f they could see Max on an emergency situation.

Small Animal Veterinarian is truly a very welcoming animal hospital. I've been there when my cat was very seriously ill and they pointed me in the right direction. I love the staff. My baby was almost 21, a beautiful black cat who adopted me in 1997, when I had to let her go a year and a half ago. They were incredibly compassionate and helped me through a very sad time. I’ve since been adopted by two adult cats from Ocean County Animal Shelter and I still go to TR Small Animal Hospital. They are not the least expensive, but they are the best!!
